Golden Years Staffing Agency is seeking compassionate, professional, ethical, and knowledgeable Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants who are interested in joining our amazing team, working in a variety of locations and facilities. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report to facilities/municipalities to perform patient care according to company policy.
- Direct patient care includes ADLs, ambulating, turning, and positioning the patient.
- Maintain patient stability by obtaining vital signs, weight, urine samples, and recording I&Os
- Document observations and patient care data effectively
- Compliance with facility regulations for patient care and safety
- Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and priority setting in patient care situations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Golden Years Staffing Agency certified nursing assistants must possess a valid Massachusetts CNA certification in good standing and 1-year experience in acute nursing and/or long-term care. Job classification:
- Per Diem 1 to 30+ hours per week as needed.
Pay:
- $21.00 per hour/weekdays.
- $22.00 per hour/weekends

Experience:
- Clinical: 1 year
License/Certification/Education:
- CNA Certificate
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Certification with accredited training course through the State of Massachusetts
